Every care will be taken in packaging goods for shipment.  We take no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit.  Please allow up to 7-14 working days within Australia and allow up to 4-6 weeks for International shipping.

Free postage for all orders over $150 within Australia. Registered post within Australia is $15.00, Express post platinum within Australia for orders over $800 is Free otherwise all orders under $800 express platinum is $25.00 ( Express courier service is available contact us for prices).

International shipping Registered post is $30.00 ( Express courier International is available call  on 0487 207 679 or contact us for prices).  All prices include packaging of goods.  All prices are in Australian dollars.  All prices on our online shop include GST, international buyers are exempt.

Returns policy: We offer a 7 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your purchase provided that the items are in the same condition as sent.  If you wish to return goods please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

If you have paid by PayPal and would like a refund we will refund you minus 2.6% Merchant fee for domestic orders and 3.6% fee for International orders.
